Usergroups and the Boards

Hello all members!

Due to severe problems with hords of spammers and companies registering for the sole purpose of comercializing their products the forum has been re-modeled in the way that you have to be a member of the usergroup members in order to have access to the other boards on this forum (and to be able to post in them).

How the usergroup works:
The Usergroups basically work so that members beloning to that group have privledges connected to that perticular group in the form of viewing certain boards. We have applied this technique to the entire forum in order to erase the trouble with the spamming, meaning that all new members have to join the usergroup members in order of view the other parts of the forum.

How to join a usergroup:
To join a usergroup you have to be loged on to your account, then do the following:

Klick usergroups in the top left corner
Choose Members from the scrollbar
Klick the button on the right (labeled View Information)
Look above the list of members, press Join Group
Wait untill you have been certified by the group moderator

It will take a few days after you have applied before you can be granted membership, this has to do with the fact that there is only one group moderator and that we can't expect that person to be online twenty-four hours a day checking for new applications.
IF you have waited a ridiculous amount of time without being granted membership - pm the group moderator to make sure they are aware of the fact that there is a new application.

The usergroups:
Members - You must be a member here in order to view the main boards
Casting Directors Board - Members are able to view the Casting Directors board for Britain
Moderators - Only for those who are Moderators
Administrators - Only for those who are Administrators
